As sole owner, I designed and built behavior-triggered automations in NetSuite, from reorder reminders to open quote follow-up, that reach customers at the right moment without adding headcount. Using AI to design and code templates cut delivery from 3 days to 6 hours, and 96% of customers in the largest reorder cycle placed a new order within a month.

A redesign of the app where employees see their strengths and team fit, and admins manage people, teams, and products. I took it from site map and wireframes across 5 workspaces to a design system, including half of the icon library, and high-fidelity prototypes tested with users.
